This Privacy Notice describes how Replenzy, LLC ("Replenzy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Replenzy service (the "Service"). Replenzy, LLC is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication identifiers.
- Profile and home data: home addresses, room and supply preferences, crew and co-host invitations, and notification settings you provide.
- Request data: supply requests, approvals, and order details for items routed through retailers such as Amazon.
- Communications: support messages and email correspondence with us.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/device identifiers, and analytics events about how you interact with the Service.
- Cookies: essential cookies needed to sign in and operate the Service.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide the Service — create accounts, manage homes, process supply requests (contract performance).
- Customer support — respond to questions and troubleshoot issues (legitimate interest).
- Security and fraud prevention — detect, prevent, and respond to abuse (legitimate interest, legal obligation).
- Service improvement — understand usage and improve features (legitimate interest).
- Transactional emails — send important account, billing, and request notifications (contract performance).
- Legal compliance — comply with applicable law, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. How We Share Data
We share personal data with:
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics providers that act on our behalf under written agreements.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle) — Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales and handles subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund requests. Payment data is collected directly by Paddle subject to Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Retailers — when you approve supply orders, relevant order details are passed to the retailer (e.g., Amazon) to fulfill the order.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers when needed.
- Authorities — government or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email support@replenzy.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
If you are located in the UK or EEA: where we transfer your personal data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. We aim to respond to rights requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
