Replenzy, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to the Replenzy service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, processes all refunds on our behalf. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@replenzy.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What's Covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee covers subscription fees for the Replenzy service. Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — submit a refund request as described above if you are within the 30-day window.
